3. Eligibility and local law
You are responsible for ensuring that using this site, and any interaction with the token, is lawful where you live. Do not use this site where that would breach applicable law or sanctions.
4. No guarantees
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. While the project aims to publish only verified information, content may be incomplete, delayed, or affected by third-party outages. Always verify on chain before acting. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the project and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, from the token, or from reliance on any information published here.
5. Risk acknowledgement
pinkape is a volatile meme token that may lose all of its value and carries no promise of profit, yield, utility or governance. See the risk disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
6. Donation claims
Only completed transfers documented in the public proof ledger may be described as donations made by the project. The transparency and donation policy defines how amounts are calculated, verified and published. No statement on this site is a commitment that any particular future amount will be donated.
7. Third-party links
Links to external services — explorers, trading venues, social platforms, research organizations — are provided for convenience. The project does not control them, does not endorse them by linking, and is not responsible for their content or availability.
8. Security
No one representing this project will ask for your seed phrase, private key or remote access, or request a transfer by direct message. Verify any contract address against this site and the official block-explorer page before trading, and give only through a recipient organization’s own published channel.
9. Intellectual property
The pinkape name, mascot, artwork and site content belong to the project. Community sharing of the artwork and message is welcome; using them to imply partnership, endorsement, or to promote a different token is not.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
